Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Expensa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
Expensa is a personal expense tracking tool designed for lawful, personal use. You may use the app to record your own financial transactions, manage budgets, and track spending across multiple accounts. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app or any part of its code. The optional Space sharing feature is intended for trusted individuals (such as household members) and must not be used to access or manipulate financial data belonging to others without their consent. Expensa offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Expensa Pro") that unlocks additional features; subscription terms are managed through Apple's App Store.
Intellectual Property
Expensa and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Andrew Sereda and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
Expensa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andrew Sereda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Expensa.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
